Club sessions include PT1on1, Group Sessions & personal 24/7 visits. Remember that every point represents an exercise session achieved at the club premises. 25 points therefore represents about 3 months of training (avg 2 sessions per week) & 100 points represents a year of training. To effect real long term lifestyle change aim to build your exercise volume gradually to 7 hours per week preferably within the training Heart Rate Zone of 70-85% of Max HR for your age* (dependent on age, medications & current health conditions). |
