Balance
A class that reinforces flexibility & strength, combining the best of Yoga,
Tai Chi & Pilates to bring your mind & body into perfect harmony.

Body Stretch
A great place to start improving your spinal and joint mobility, strength and range.

Cardio Endurance
Fast track to jogging or running fitness with this little gem that will get you race ready in no time at all!

Cardio Outdoor
Real life fitness using a variety of cardio styles. Train in the fresh air, amongst beautiful scenery with plenty of variety every session.

Chair Based
A creative class focused on improving range and strength of joints from a seated position.

Circuit X-Trainer
Tone and get fit using training tools such as rubberised resistance bands, medicine balls, fitballs, dumbbells and partners.

Falls Prevention
A very light, low impact class, focused on joint strength and mobility, typically suited to participants aged 70 or more.

Ki-Max
Meaning "maximum energy" Ki-Max is the simple "no co-ordination required" free standing bag kickboxing program that has achieved the unimaginable...created a total body workout for absolutely anybody!

Pilates
A low key, non-impact session that works you from the core!
Great session for back problems and general rehabilitation.

Power Tone
Still the world’s most popular class. A rapid fat burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles.

Senior Fit
A low impact cardio/toning session that packs a smile, typically for participants aged 50 or more.
