Jump Start BootCamp— Step up & be accountable...
NOBODY is left behind . Women and men of all ages
and abilities are able to participate. The intensity of each
day increases slightly, surprise yourself with how much
you really are capable of! You will inspire and be inspired
by others. You will receive a performance report each BC.

Tactix BootCamp—F-U-N + Resistance training with a
greater cardio emphasise using Martial Arts & Self Defense
exercises including ‘Adrenaline’ drills made popular
by Krav Maga.
Battling Ropes BootCamp—Experience the ultimate
power workout with Velocity Wave & Pole training.
Cardio - This session will focuses on improving your
cardio-respiratory function. The program will call on many
different training disciplines to test your mettle & keep it
real including; Spin Cycle, KickBoxer, Outdoor etc.
Cardio Outdoor - Fast track your cardio with Outdoor. It’s
real life fitness using a variety of cardio styles including
games, hi-lo variety, endurance, boxing, intensity & intervals.
Train in the fresh air, amoungst beautiful scenery .
*Falls Prevention - A very low impact class focused on
joint strength, mobility & balance typically suited to 70+
Health Checks - Stay accountable to your goals. Measuring
blood pressure, fat/water/lean tissue %'s + heart rate
recovery, flexion range & strength levels.
Kids Self Defence & Martial Arts - Fun & practical sessions
that build self esteem, discipline, respect, memory, balance,
strength, fitness, hand/eye co-ordination & teamwork
whilst building the foundations of a solid personal
self defence system (planned for future).
MA Circuit—Develop your confidence, co-ordination, balance,
muscle endurance & cardio outside the square!!
*Senior Fit - Low impact Cardio / Toning/Balance session
that packs a smile typically for 50+
Strength for Life - A subsidised entry level toning/
strength based program for those 50+.
Toning—A fat-burning class that uses any number of
training tools including some cardio worked & not to mention
loads of fun. This class will cycle through various
training styles & tools such as dumbbells, barbells, fitball,
resistance bands, medicine balls, pilates, bodyweight,
partner,etc.
Zumba - Come & join the dance party….
Strive 123 Circuit - Get a full body workout in 30-45min’s max
with the latest technology. Adjustable Variable Resistance provides
perpetual variety..continued progress...better results in
less time!
Yoga Flex - A great place to start improving your spinal/joint
mobility, strength & range. You will reinforce flexibility &
strength, combining the best of Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates to bring
your mind & body into perfect harmony.
*Wing Chun Tea House - Explore a truly powerful soft style of
Martial arts created by a Buddhist Nun. Develop good mental
health, balance , correct posture, & build confidence fast
through the practice of partnered Chi-Sau (sticking hands) and
form work.
